(in other words, you’ve got no excuse not to fully understand the many uses of IBuild!)
- NEW! Online Chat Support: Click “live support” at the top right corner of any IBuild page. The chat software will load and prompt you to begin your chat session with Jeffery, Travis or Dave.
- Call toll free 877-AGCHELP (242-4357): Most users have either zero or a very short wait time when calling in for technical or training support.
- E-mail help@carolinasagc.org: The Support team monitors the IBuild support e-mail inbox at all times. You can expect a call or e-mail response usually in minutes, but certainly in less than an hour of sending your question/problem during business hours.
- Sign up for a scheduled online training session: We have 5 scheduled demos every week, for both beginner and advanced users. See our training schedule.
- Show up for a scheduled workshop in a local CAGC plan room: We schedule “IBuild support tours” across both states every few months.
- Walk-in Training: When you’re in Charlotte, support staff will be happy to have you pull up a chair and get comfortable with IBuild. If visiting another CAGC plan room, staff will be happy to give you a ‘nickel tour’ as well.
- In-office Training: Having a staff meeting? What better time to have a CAGC staff person come to your office for an in-person group training session or demonstration. Call toll free 877-AGCHELP (242-4357) for more info.
- Prefer a trainer sitting right next to you? No problem, CAGC will send a representative to your office to ensure you and your staff are getting the very most out of your online Project Leads and/or Plans Online experience. Contact Roddy Craft 704/372-1450.
