Our 5 staff lobbyists monitor thousands of bills during each General Assembly in both states. Plus, CAGC is a respected voice that’s “listened to” by dozens of state and local agencies.

Order up subbids your way:
Advertise to all CAGC Members – Reach 2,500 CAGC subcontractors & vendors for subbids on public or private projects, using our traditional FREE services for GC’s openly seeking subbids.
Invitation-Access Service: Invite Your Private Bid List – A secure, private plan room environment for your own private bidders - whether or not they are Carolinas AGC members.

Plus, IBuild provides a free online Plan Room for every GC member—GC’s use their Plan Rooms to send bid notices, track bidders' interest and find additional bidders. Subcontractors and suppliers can use these Plan Rooms to see work posted by a given GC, and/or forward their prequalifications in order to get on General Contractors’ “private lists.”

If you get an OSHA citation, who ya gonna call? CAGC’s Safety Services works for you, as an extension of your own staff. And CAGC networks with contractors, industry leaders, and government officials from across the Carolinas and nation to gather “best practices,” creating a network and training resource you can tap into as an AGC member. When OSHA pays you a friendly visit, make sure your “competent person” does not appear incompetent!
