Carolinas AGC offers an “A to Z” Education and Training menu for all sizes of construction firms. Our programs cover your employees’ progressive needs from entry level through top management:

Craftworker Training Programs- from individual assessments up to skilled craftsman. We can also train and certify your own staff to conduct in-house training for your own employees.
Project SuperVISION®- a unique combination of training and progressivecertification for construction supervisors.
Management and Safety Seminars- for middle and upper levels of management, including the Contractor Business Academy on the best practices for running a construction company.

Choose from flexible delivery options:

• Scheduled classes- open to all members- see Annual Training Calendar.
• “On-demand” classes- If at least 5 individuals from member firms in a given area commit to attend a class not offered on the Calendar, Carolinas AGC will work to find an instructor and recruit additional attendees to reach the necessary minimum.
• Customized Craft Training - We'll help you develop and deliver training tailored to your company's specific needs.
• In-house private offerings- the Project SuperVISION courses for supervisors are available as a private offering for one or more companies.
• On-site Safety Training- customized safety training to a given contractor's specific needs. Delivered at a location of your choosing, in either English or Spanish.

Our Workforce Development staff is based throughout the Carolinas to assist you locally.  Our consultants can help you develop and deliver customized training for your employees at all levels.

Association members govern the direction of our Workforce Development activities through committees.

We are dedicated to influencing individuals to join the construction industry for a lifetime.  Courses are generally those approved by the National Center for Education and Research, of which Carolinas AGC is an accredited participant.
