Function:  To continually assess the adequacy and effectiveness of Carolinas AGC labor relations policy and make recommendations of modifications to the Board of Directors when necessary.  To provide to the officers, directors, and membership all necessary information to insure stable and harmonious labor-management in the Carolinas construction industry.  To give direction to the staff in carrying out the labor relations policy of Carolinas AGC.  To analyze all proposed local, state and federal legislation affecting labor relations in the Carolinas construction industry and recommend Association position on such to the appropriate legislative committee.  To assist the Construction Education Committee in instituting a program of manpower development and training which is consistent and coordinated with the Association’s labor relations policy.
